Pregnancy and Post Natal classes

 A Complete package of Pilates care through out your pregnancy and beyond 

Ante Natal -  Wednesday 6.30pm running at Habitual Fitness

Suitable from the twelth week of your pregnancy right up to the birth.

"Re-connect" with yourself as your body changes throughout your pregnancy.

 We will practise exercises to ease back pain, connect with the pelvic floor, relieve stress and fatigue, and of course strengthen the body for labour and beyond.

  • There will be an emphasis on breathing throughout each class, and we will also learn breathing techniques which can be used during labour.

  • Our aim is to help you feel comfortable and strong throughout the duration of your pregnancy, and prepare you for the life ahead with your new baby.

  • This is a supportive women-only class designed to help you work out in the comfort of your own body, whether newly pregnant, nearly due, or have had children previously.

  • This class is suitable for women who are 12+ weeks pregnant. All exercises will be adjusted to suit your needs and ability, so you do not need to have done Pilates before, but it is best to check with your doctor if you are unsure

Post Natal -at Habitual Fitness

"Help your body bounce back to fitness" with our post-natal Pilates classes. 

Every week we will work on strengthening your body back to how it was before your pregnancy, and eventually lead you onto being able to join a regular Pilates class.

  • During class we incorporate exercises to focus on strengthening your abdominals, back, pelvic floor, and hips, whilst also maintaining the strength and flexibility elsewhere in the body.

  • We will also do plenty of relaxing, stretching, and moving around to leave you feeling supple and energised after each class.We welcome all new mums to bring their babies along, as this is a mum's only class and you will be in a supportive environment. 

  • All exercises are tailored to your needs and fitness level, and as such you do not need to have done Pilates before, however it is always advised you check with your doctor beforehand if you are unsure.

How to Book and Pay

Chorlton Central & Chorlton High school  are all drop-in sessions, no booking required. £8 per class to be paid by cash or cheque upon arrival.Most regulars prefer to save money and time upon arriving at class by paying in advance for a book of tickets, we call this 'paying for a block'

Classes at Habitual Fitness are pre book on a week by week basis

Block Booking £75 for 10 sessions = £7.50 per class 

Block Booking sessions can be used at ANY of our classes and there is NO TIME LIMIT on a block. You can purchase a block below by card or PayPal,  or pay at the class by cash or cheque.
