We are delighted to welcome Bridget Fitzpatrick to the Studio. Bridget will be teaching a regular weekly drop-in Mindfulness class every Monday 11am-12pm.

 

Each week we’ll practise some short meditations and explore some of the ideas behind mindfulness. The classes are suitable for beginners as well as those that have had some experience of mindfulness and meditating.
 

Kick off the week calmer, more grounded and raring to go.

Block Booking

Block Booking £75 for 10 sessions = £7.50 per class (£70 conc for OAP & NUS).

Block Booking sessions can be used at ANY of the mat classes and there is NO TIME LIMIT on a block booking. You can purchase a block below, or at the class.
