Mindfulness Classes







Mindfulness is a practical way of changing your life for the better simply by paying attention to what’s happening now. Our mindfulness sessions with Bridget offer a range of different practices and introduce the ideas behind them in a straightforward and unstuffy way. As well as being gently guided through a variety of meditations, you’ll also build up a toolkit of skills to help you bring a practical sense of mindfulness into your life.

Develop techniques to become more resilient, calmer, happier and inspired. Learn how to apply mindfulness to all aspects of your life, giving you more choice in how you respond to challenges big and small.

Mindful Mondays - Weekly Classes

A weekly Mindfulness class every Monday 11am-12pm

Come every week, or drop in when you can. Kick off the week feeling calmer, more grounded and raring to go.

Each week we practise some short meditations together and explore some of the ideas behind mindfulness. The classes are suitable for beginners as well as those that have had some experience of mindfulness and meditating.

Weekend workshops give us a bit more time and space to practise meditating and to explore some of the practical ways we can bring mindfulness into our lives.  Each one is different, so you can book into multiple workshops or just try one. They are designed for beginners to mindfulness, experienced meditators and everyone in between.

Saturday 13 October - 2pm-4pm

Mindfulness workshop 

A general mindfulness and meditation workshop with some focus on working with our thoughts. How we can look at our thoughts rather than from them and how we can let go of unhelpful thoughts. The session is suitable for beginners and also for regular meditators looking for an opportunity to explore and deepen their practice in a friendly group.

Pilates & Mindfulness workshop - with Sarah and Bridget

An afternoon of pilates & mindfulness

Join us for a relaxing Sunday afternoon of pilates & mindfulness exercises to calm and stretch the mind and body. The session is suitable for mindfulness and pilates beginners and regulars.

Block Booking

Block Booking £75 for 10 sessions = £7.50 per class (£70 conc for OAP & NUS).

Block Booking sessions can be used at ANY of the mat classes and there is NO TIME LIMIT on a block booking. You can purchase a block below, or at the class.
