Taught by ex-professional dancer and HIP Pilates certified teacher Lyndsey Thomas,

HIP Pilates is a non-stop class intended for the hard core Pilates fan, who desire a more intense cardio workout without losing the essence of the Pilates principles.
Each session is specifically structured to provide an all over body workout. Progressive choreography is incorporated to improve balance and co-ordination. The inclusion of precise functional movement aims to improve overall strength and mobility. The use of weights promises to increase cardio endurance and recovery.
This combination of high energy, up-beat movement with the precision and focus of a traditional Pilates class creates a balanced and fun workout for everyone.


How to Book and Pay

Classes at Chorlton Irish club are all drop-in sessions, no booking required. £8 per class to be paid by cash or cheque upon arrival.


Most regulars prefer to save money and time upon arriving at class by paying in advance for a book of tickets, we call this 'paying for a block'

Block Booking £75 for 10 sessions = £7.50 per class 

Block Booking sessions can be used at ANY of our classes and there is NO TIME LIMIT on a block. You can purchase a block below by card or PayPal,  or pay at the class by cash or cheque.
